Monitoring and Evaluation
For this project, there can be number of Monitoring and evaluation plan option but the best method is the questionnaire from the stakeholders.
By continues growth of the participant, their feedback, and sponsorship benefits that gain by the sponsor during the events. By constant feedback from the participant, Trainer and sponsor this project. I have little experience over the monitoring and evaluation of events mainly the training programs. The project evolution will help us in keep tracking the objective that how far and near we are, How is the performance of the your team, what was the things that should be improve, what hurdles the team faces during achieve the objective. For the stakeholders the Monitoring and Evaluation plan will improve their confidant & moral about the achievement of the project. Further Monitoring and Evaluation will define the Indicator that how you are at this stage. Monitoring and Evaluation is tool that alarms you and provides you the direction about your performance.
By designing the Questionnaire for the participants, trainer, Post training feedback, and Interest of the participant about this project will be key methods of Monitoring and Evolution. A Question will be design for the different stakeholder there will be two questionnaires one will be pre-event and second will be post event so that real comparison can done at all level.

Execution for the Project of Softskills and leadership project

Execution
The Main challenges that I perceive in this project is the Participant youth who is the key stakeholders in this project to find them, attracting them as they have lesser time as busy in education, family and other social activities as in culture.
These can be some of challenges that I have catch-up them as soon as possible
Fund:
It is hard to find the local person for the sponsor because as local people are less educated, they do not believe on Marketing, Mostly the local industry does not carry out the marketing activities. Therefore finding any Non-government organization is hard due to non-professionalism behavior toward the community development. In this position, any international donor organization can help us to carry out this project.
Other way can be attracting some multinational organizations those want to support on these types of the activities and they need the promotion among our target customers. By sending, the proposal to as many stakeholders in this project and continues communication can make this project happen.
Visionary person & Leadership:
Being a student and soon going to graduate so, having less time to make the project complete successful because soon I have to start my professional career, therefore find and person who have same vision and leadership that I may carry out at all the levels of Projects. Need to flexible and working towards the accomplishing this projects. Therefore, find the other backup person who shares the same vision and leadership to carry out this project.
Time availability:
This is other expected challenge for me to complete the project within time limited also giving the full time to carry out his project until the end. Therefore, the backup course of action be the divided the project in small phases and make a strong team who can carry out this project as every level. Other leadership back up can be more influential person who makes team motivate to carry out this project.
Sustainability:
Sustainability being the major issue in current scenario as looking at the different projects of local, international Non-government organization failed to secure the funds due to some social, donor, political factors. Therefore, this can be the major issue at the execution. In this project the planned revenue is the registration fees for the trainings so it looks that this project
We have planned a few revenue generating options, and I'm excited to see how they work out!
These are the challenges that I've come across/ thought off till now. I'm sure there will be a lot more to come, and the challenge is exciting!
Volunteers:
This can be hard to attract the volunteer for this project as cultural and social difference, there are few people who gives their time for the volunteer work, as this project mainly activity consist on training workshops so attracting the volunteer can be hard, but the way to solve this project can be engaging any local organization, School or youth club to help me in this regard.
Social and Cultural barriers: Due to cultural and social barriers it is hard to motivate people and aware the every age of people to get interest in this project. People does not believe training as benefit in this culture only few people who are well aware about the trainings. The less of the research activities also a block for the people as there is only few studies available at limited level that can show the importance of the training as incentives.
Competitors:
There are number of competitor can be in this project as people perceive these training as more profitable activities. Therefore, it is stiff to go into competition due to less professional knowledge, funds and resources.
Over burden of work activities
With large communication and need number of resource to carry out this project, Fort his project I foresee a large work at the implementing in the practical shape. This project needs work effectively and efficient. Therefore, need a commitment to complete this project.

Funding Ecosystem for Soft skills and leadership Project

FUNDING ECOSYSTEM
Funding is the Part for the Project where this project can be carry out at larger community members, funding will help this project to touch the bottom of the roots to the top of the tower. There are different kind of funds, can be used in this project from monetary, non-monetary and in-kind donations by looking at the need and supply. For the running this project at larger part of the community monetary fund’s cover major portion which include the Price of Hall, Sound system, Material, trainer, Decoration items, marketing cost (Banner, Poster, Handbills). There are some of the organization/ funder who provide the non-monetary and in-kind of donations. Initially most of the funder believes in in-kind of donation mostly the corporate sector support though the in-kind donation due to the lack of accountability in these kind program the corporate sector believe in kind donation which include the Printing, preparation of marketing stuff and other training materials.
For the each of the Training session it need approximately 40,000 (forty Thousand) which include the Trainer cost, Venue cost, Printing of Stationary, Handouts and Banner etc), There are certain local NGO’s, Personal Funds, Corporate sector, and International organization that support the Skill building. There are certain barriers that can be hindrance in securing the funds, which include the communication, no previous work experience, & lack of trust.
By the Joint partnership with different organization who have already worked in this domain or that organization which have creditability regarding the securing the funds, that NGO must have strong influence in that areas can be more better steps to cover these challenges.

Project Scope:
Project is scope is important part of any project it is like the safe boat in the hard sea, this project scope is very broad and can be stretch to the long run by conducting the proper research and analyzing the community demand and need.
Project Objective:
By arranging different workshops and seminar in cities where Public university can be found at least providing training to the 50 Students and other professional who have not strong skills, during the 2010 least train the 600 Students and other professional to improve and reshaping their soft skills and leadership skills.
Location:
In the start this project will be practically conduct at Hyderabad, Sindh Pakistan, Why Hyderabad because It is more feasible, easy resource available and having 4 Public and Private universities and it is also noticed that these university students does not have a fine soft skills and leadership skills. So by looking at these facts it is viable for us to start the program from Hyderabad. Starting from Hyderabad and moving toward the other cities of Sindh and then in Pakistan.
Audience:
Students of University mainly having last years of their degree programs and age brackets 19 to 25 Years and some professional possible have not any special soft skills and leadership skills.
First Training:
The first training will be conduct on the Leadership topic and it may also conduct on communication skills for the Young community members.
Funding:
For the First training program we need the different funds such as Fund for the Venue, Trainer cost, Marketing cost and other over head cost to run this training there are different funding opportunities are available within local community such as local government, Non Government organization and Corporate sponsor can be arranged in this regards.
Avoiding scope creep:
This project is more stable and upto date and It will work on long term as this plan cover the huge geographical coverage, even that this project can be creep but by adding the values to this project we can make the project continue.
By conducting different skills program by analyzing the Domestic Demand we can add to this project such as different Business and Professional Skills program can be conduct to add value and stop creeping this project.
Project having a particular target group to implement this project and chosen brackets 19 to 25 Years and other professionals can be add to give this program broader perspective. There are different reasons for choosing this target groups as student mostly fall down in this category. Student are most viable part of society who need these skills to accurate gauge the potential of their self and representing their society in better way. Different education standard and other problem restricts the Young people in gaining the soft skills and leadership skills from the education or from their course.
Before the completing, their education the student must be sharp in soft skills and leadership skills to that they can accurately choose their career to add their value and efforts for the betterment of the community, if they have these skills. In the end these student will contribute the Country representation by participation the local and international events and truly represent their role.
